Professional Quidditch Seeker Missing, Foul Play Assumed
Erastus Saint

Conspiculously missing from yesteday's game against Tutshill was Holyhead Harpies Seeker Alicia Spinnet. Upon investigation, it has been discovered that a missing persons report has been filed with the Ministry of Magic in regards to Miss Spinnet, whose friends suspect foul play.

"Ali isn't the type who'd disappear," One close friend said.

Spinnet, who only moved up from her time on the reserves at the beginning of this season, has been harmed by nefarious activity before. Heroically involved in the Battle of Hogwarts in 1998, Miss Spinnet was assumed dead for two years following the battle while she was held captive by escaped followers of You-Know-Who.

When asked, business tycoon and longtime friend Fred Weasley had this to say. "We don't have to mince words. It's Amycus Carrow who's got her, and if the Auros can't find her, her friends will. We've done it once before."

A source within the Ministry reports that Minister of Magic Shacklebolt himself, who of course fought alongside Spinnet and others in the Battle of Hogwarts, has taken a personal interest in the case. Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of Alicia Spinnet or Amycus Carrow is asked to report to Department of Magical Law Enforcement immediately.

Scots Squeak By
Erastus Saint

This years Quidditch World Cup has definitely proved to be an interesting one. The first tie (that anyone can remember) in Quidditch History, suspensions from fighting, and now injuries are amongst the action that fans have seen thus far.

In the much anticipated match between Australia and Scotland, it looked like the Scots had the upper hand on the Aussies, scoring three quick goals. That was until Aussie beaters Cassie Wontareegopowow and Luke Minnows took matters into their own hands, aiming both of their bludgers at Scottish keeper Oliver Wood. While the first missed, the second sent Wood pumelting to the ground, landing on his head. The keeper did walk away on his own free will, and the Scots sent in reserve and Portree keeper Meghan McCormack.

McCormack held her own as well, but it wasn't long that she too was plagued by injury. Or sickness. Around the 50th minute into the match, McCormack became violently ill, forcing her to leave the pitch. With no other keeper reserves, Wood was forced back out into the trenches. It didn't take long for the Aussies to start scoring goals left and right, Wood obviously off his game from the head injury. Thankfully for the Scots, seeker Kris Iwelumo caught the snitch just seconds before Josip Rwanda could get his Aussie fingers around it, ending in a Scottish victory of 190-180.

While we weren't allowed to enter the first aid tents, mediwitches told The Prophet that Wood has a concussion but will be good to go for the next match. McCormack, however, they didn't have much of an answer for, other than a stomach illness. However, thanks to the journaling system, we have learned that McCormack has been battling the flu for the past week or two. We wish both a speedy recovery.

The two Australia beaters have been suspended for their next match.

Quidditch Q & A
Stenton Fenley

With big successes and history made by our National Teams in last week's first preliminary Quidditch World Cup games, we at The Daily Prophet began a new daily column; a quick question and answer session, new each day, with a member of one of our national teams. Today's interview is with one of the youngest players, Ginny Weasley of Holyhead and the English Team reserves! Read on for her answers.

Miss Weasley, first we'll start with something simple. What's your middle name?
Molly. After my mum. It's not too bad, better than my first name.

What's your favourite colour?
Hmm... I think I'd have to say my favourite colour is green. It looks great with my hair.

Favourite food?
As for food, my mum is an amazing cook, so pretty much anything she makes I love. She does this delicious beef stew that's the perfect thing after an autumn day of Quidditch. Although, my girlfriend's chicken soup can almost rival Mum's, which is saying something.

Favourite shop?
My favourite shop? I'd have to say either the WWW or Lucky Bakery. And not just cos I get free stuff from there.

Tell us something about you not everyone knows?
I'm madly in love with Sam Capper. Oh wait, everyone knows that. *

What's your family like?
Pretty much amazing. They're fun and wonderful and completely mad, but they're so supportive. I know that a lot of people have problems telling their families things, but I never did. They accept and support me completely, no matter what I do. It gave me a lot of courage to go out and try new things because I knew that they'd always be there for me.

What do you love about Quidditch?
I first started playing Quidditch so my brothers would let me play with them. That didn't work so well, I was always too young or too girly to play with them. But I just loved it. All of it. Flying, being so far away from everyone else, and then when I got to Hogwarts, the thrill of hearing everyone cheering for me. I just love all of it.

How did you feel, knowing you'd made the National Team?
Proud, happy. A little surreal, because it's such a big thing.

Which international teams do you think will do well, other than the UK teams?
Other teams? England's obviously going to win, I mean I'm on the team.

Do you have anything to say to your fans?
Thanks for realising I'm brilliant!

Pick up your copy of the Daily Prophet tomorrow for a new interview with a National team player, brought to you every day during the Quidditch World Cup!

Turkish Seeker Benched
Erastus Saint

The Quidditch World Cup never fails to bring up a handful of scandals. Though they were avoided during the first preliminary games, reports this morning do confirm that Turkish Seeker Zafer Unsal has been benched for an unreleased number of games due to a pub brawl the player was involved in late yesterday evening with a Welsh supporter. The melee ended with mediwizards called to the scene to treat multiple injures, and with quite a bit of damage done to the small wizarding pub in Holyhead.

Unsal will be replaced with reservist Anlan Yavuz, a Turkish minor league player with no previous World Cup experience. It remains to be seen how this will affect Turkey's chances in today's preliminary game against Japan.

Quidditch Q & A

With big successes and history made by our National Teams in last week's first preliminary Quidditch World Cup games, we at The Daily Prophet began a new daily column; a quick question and answer session, new each day, with a member of one of our national teams. Today's interview is with Ashley Upson of Wales. Read on for his answers.

Miss Warnock, first we'll start with something simple. What's your middle name?
Benjamin.

What's your favourite colour?
I’m fond of green.

Favourite food?
Cornish pasties. Though I know that’s darn near sacrilege. Sorry!

Favourite shop?
Quality Quidditch Supplies!

Tell us something about you not everyone knows?
My first broom was an old one, and it was so slow that the kids in the neighbourhood would laugh at me. I didn’t get a new one until I made the Quidditch team at Hogwarts.

What's your family like?
Weird. There are a bunch of us, and we all have our quirks. It makes for pretty awesome family dinners.

What do you love about Quidditch?
People don’t think about the fact that my name’s Ashley. No, er, I just love it?

How did you feel, knowing you'd made the National Team?
It’s brilliant. I was with a bunch of my mates waiting for the news, and it was just roars of congratulations the moment news came out.

Which international teams do you think will do well, other than the UK teams?
I’m watching Australia and New Zealand. They’re pretty awesome teams.

Do you have anything to say to your fans?
You’re pretty awesome. Thanks for cheering! Go Wales!

Death Eaters Terrorize Journaling Public
Erastus Saint

In a shocking turn of events far too reminiscent of the dark days of war, fugitive Death Eaters have begun making public posts in the popular wizarding journaling system creatd by Flourish & Blotts and then reimaged by Weasley Wizard Wheezes.

There have been reports that some fugitives had been writing, though Daily Prophet sources were unable to confirm the veracity of these reports until yesterday, when known Death Eater Amycus Carrow began writing publicly. The journals, which portray the identity of all writers so that anonymous or secretive writing is prohibited, do not offer a way to track the location of idividual authors, though Aurors and representatives from both Weasley Wizard Wheezes and Flourish & Blotts are looking into modifications to the journaling system.

For now, the official word from the Ministry of Magic is that those who see the writings of known fugitives do not respond to them. Auror Dawlish had this advice, "This should serve as a reminder that these people are still out there, hiding under their rocks. We haven't been able to track down all of them, but they're alone, and their cause is broken. They have no power except that which they get by causing fear. Ignore them, and be wary."

We at the Daily Prophet urge all citizens, and our foreign visitors, to be mindful of how potentially dangerous these fugitives are, and if you have any information on their whereabouts please notify Aurors at once.

Quidditch History is Made
Flora Swift

Those who left the Ireland versus Bulgaria Quidditch World Cup preliminary game this week had reason to be confused. With the score tied at one hundred and fifty points and the snitch caught, many left wondering who exactly had won the game, and what would be done about the tie. It was definitely a strange game. Lasting just under two hours, Ireland caught 15 quaffles and Bulgaria hovered at nil until Bulgarian Seeker Viktor Krum caught the Snitch, ending the game.

After several days of research into Quidditch bylaws and history, the official word from the Department of Magical Games and Sports came down this morning and the tied game is, indeed, the first such game in the history of Quidditch. Krum could not be reached for an interview, but a team representative has said "Bulgaria has always been known for breaking records, it only stands to reason that we should make history as well."

Provided both teams advance to the quarterfinals, the Department of Magical Games and Sports has determined a method for breaking any ties before setting up the quarterfinal brackets.

Today's interview is with Gwen Warnock of the Welsh National Team. Read on for her answers.

Miss Warnock, first we'll start with something simple. What's your middle name?
Arianhrod. My parents loved their Welsh folklore.

What's your favourite colour?
Turquoise.

Favourite food?
Leek soup.

Favourite shop?
There’s this little tiny shop in Caerphilly, the kind that no one can pronounce the name of unless they’re Welsh, and it sells the best Quidditch gear.

Tell us something about you not everyone knows?
My name used to be Gwendolyn. I didn’t like it, and no one called me it, so I had it legally changed to Gwen on my seventeenth birthday.

What's your family like?
The epitome of Welsh. I have the easiest name to pronounce of all of us, even before I had my name changed.

What do you love about Quidditch?
It’s the best sport that I’ve ever played, and I’ve tried many. You just can’t beat it for excitement value.

How did you feel, knowing you'd made the National Team?
It was a total thrill. It’s all I’ve ever wanted, to play for Wales. I’m so happy to be here.

Which international teams do you think will do well, other than the UK teams?
This is so hard! I’m looking for some great performances from all of the teams here,

Do you have anything to say to your fans?

Quidditch World Cup Continues
Erastus Saint

Fans are already queued up or filing into stadiums around the country for today's second rounds of Quidditch World Cup preliminary games. Today's games are battles between Germany and Portugal, Peru and France, Australia and New Zealand, and Bulgaria and Ireland.

The match between Australia and New Zealand promises to be explosive, as these teams are old rivals and play in a combined league during the regular season. However, most eyes in Britain are on the Irish team today. After the impressive victories by both the English and Scottish team earlier this week, the pressure is on Ireland to bring home a win that is just as impressive. Bulgaria, a strong team in their own right, is looking to thwart this with the return of Viktor Krum in position as Seeker. As many know, Krum relocated to England several years ago, but as a player his loyalties still lie with his Bulgarian teammates.

Tune in to the WWN for full day Quidditch World Cup coverage.

Quidditch Q & A
Stenton Fenley

With big successes for both the English and Scottish teams in this week's first preliminary Quidditch World Cup games, we at The Daily Prophet began a new daily column; a quick question and answer session, new each day, with a member of one of our national teams. Today's interview, in honour of their first game this afternoon, is Teagan Moran, veteran of the Irish National Team and the Ballycastle Bats. Read on for her answers.

Miss Moran, first we'll start with something simple. What's your middle name?
Roisin. Me mum says it's a family name.

What's your favourite colour?
I do like orange! Oh, and a pretty green like celery.

Favourite food?
I've got to pick a favorite? You'd do better to ask me what I don't like. But I suppose if you've got to have an answer, I can never say no to a good slice of pecan pie.

Favourite shop?
Would it surprise you if I said Quality Quidditch? It wouldn't? Well. Who likes surprises anyway?

Tell us something about you not everyone knows?
You're asking me to give away my secrets now? Bloody hell. How's about... Well. I've just about broken every single bone in my body- save for my left index finger.

What's your family like?
Loud. Obnoxious. I feel for anyone who's got to sit around a family dinner. But honestly, they're the best I could have asked for. We don't all get to see each other much these days, we're all off doing our own thing my siblings and I, but we try and make it home once a week or so for a good meal. I grew up surrounded with Quidditch and I've been immersed in the sport since before I could walk. I consider myself incredibly lucky.

What do you love about Quidditch?
It is one of the top ways to get your aggression out. I've never felt more relaxed and rejuvenated than after a particularly thrilling match. But it also gives me this intense feeling of freedom. There is just something about being out in the air like that. It's amazing.

How did you feel, knowing you'd made the National Team?
I think I might have lost it when I first got word. Making a seasonal team, especially a team like the Bats, was something I worked really hard for. But when I was asked to play as Chaser for the Irish National? I was speechless. You never think you're that good, you know? Just lucky. But the National Team sort of cements your talent. Let's you know you're really doing well. It's been amazing so far.

Which international teams do you think will do well, other than the UK teams?
Germany seems to do well every go 'round, don't they? Lucky bastards. I'm hoping to see a rise out of some of the Asian teams. Maybe Japan this year. That'd be interesting to see.

Do you have anything to say to your fans?
Thank you. If there is anything I can say, it would be that. I don't think I would have made it this far if it weren't for my fan mail. I'm incredibly blessed to have such devoted fans. Even you lot who ask for signatures in weird places. I even like you.

Artifacts Stolen from Hitchens Manor
Erastus Saint

Mrs. Isabella Hitchens (née Yaxley) reported a disturbing break-in into her family estate early this morning. The theft was discovered around eight in the morning when the elderly Mrs. Hitchens went into her family safe, as she is wont to do once a week. "I like to polish the jewels you see. Oh, I'm too old and daft to go out to grand parties anymore, but I always did like my sparklies! You aren't anything without some sparkle!" she confided, before dissolving into heartbroken tears.

According to her caretaker, a friend of the family who declined to be named, the burglary was no common theft attempt. Several of the items are magical artifacts were several pieces which look completely innocuous, and which would be potentially disastrous if they found their way into the Muggle world. According to one of the Aurors on the scene, "We are particularly worried about a set of silver arm bands, once owned by the druidess Circe, and a set of necklaces with origins we've never quite been able to place. These items are very valuable, of course. But more importantly, they are a part of our cultural history. And dangerous at that. They must be found."

According to our sources at the Ministry, The Department of Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office has been notified and several Aurors have been assigned to the case. Thus far, they have no leads in the case.

Cauldron's Newest Novel Breaks Records
Emma Wittles

In a surprising move on the bestseller romance list, for the first time in her decade-long career, infamous author Celeste Sparks was trumped on her debut of her thirteenth novel in her "Rogue Warlocks" series, Warlock in White by a fairy new up and comer to the genre, the mysterious Sabrina Cauldron.

Ms. Cauldron has a series of solid best sellers, her last three of five previous novels making it into the top five for several weeks, but this is the first time sales have broken the longstanding record of Ms. Sparks and her well-known series and plots. Perhaps this fresh face is bringing a new and much-needed breath of fresh air to the world of wizarding romance novels. Unlike Celeste's recycled versions of the old tried and true formulas, where the bad wizard turns good for the witch of his dreams, Sabrina Cauldron's refreshing plots put a new twist on the old ideas, her wicked wizards instead luring their bold heroines into their own dastardly deeds and leaving the reader breathless with anticipation at what deliciously devilish mischief the couple will get into next!

Bravo to Ms. Sabrina Cauldron and we look forward to seeing more of her work in the future! Perhaps the author will even deign to allow for an interview, an honor she has never yet granted to anyone, that we've been able to discover!

Quidditch World Cup Begins
Erastus Saint

It has been clear in wizarding areas all around Britian this week that today would mark the beginning of the Quidditch World Cup, as international players from around the world arrived to take their temporary residences in towns such as Holyhead and Portree, living close to the Quidditch pitches that have been marked as their practice pictches for the coming weeks.

Then, finally, today it's time. The games begin! The first preliminary games are being held this week. Today's games are the showings between Argentina versus our very own English National Team, Turkey versus India, Italy versus Spain, and the United States in what is predicted to be a simple victory for our Scottish National Team.

Quidditch fans began assembling in stadiums early this morning, as have reporters from magical news outlets from across the globe. With tourism at a decade high in wizarding Britain, this flood of international traffic is set to be a widespread economic boon, as well. Of course, money is the last things on the minds of true Quidditch fans, who, if not at the games themselves, will surely be listening to the all day Quidditch World Cup coverage provided by the Wizarding Wireless Network.

It promises to be an outstanding World Cup!

Memorial Park Statue Vandalized
Stenton Fenley

Early this morning vendors setting up morning stalls in Memorial Park found a harrowing sight reminiscent of the darkest times of Wizarding Britain. The Victory Day statue of war hero Harry Potter was vandalized in the overnight hours. What had depicted Potter standing in victory depicted, this morning, the hero lying prone with what appeared to be a crude dark mark hovering over him.

The first wizards who attempted to transfigure the statue to its original state found that it had been warded with a blasting charm. Tuppence Swivel, proprietor of Memorial Alley's Tuppence Swivel's, was transported to St. Mungo's to treat burns from the attempt, while two others were treated on site by mediwizards.

The statue was discovered at five this morning, and by ten this morning Aurors had managed to remove the blasting hex and retransfigure the statue. Scupltor Digberry Edwards is expected this afternoon to add residual charms to the statue to avoid any further defacement. While the Ministry is officially considering this a prank in very poor taste, anyone with information about this act of vandalism is asked to contact the Ministry of Magic, Department of Magical Law Enforcement.

Potter Statue to be Unveiled
Stenton Fenley

The proposed statue of Harry Potter, the hero of the Battle of Hogwarts and the boy responsible for the defeat of Voldemort, is set to finally be unveiled this weekend at Memorial Park.

Problems have plagued the unveiling of the commissioned statue, which is to stand on the large fountain in the center of Memorial Park. Originally intended to be unveiled on Victory Day at the park’s celebration, foul weather brought the ceremony to a halt. However, Park Supervisor Reginald Cattermole has stated that the ceremony will most certainly proceed this coming Sunday.

Go Underground for Charity
Erastus Saint

As many already know, Club Underground, one of the newest additions to Memorial Alley, announced on Victory Day that they would be the host this year of a charity auction in conjunction with Weasley Wizard Wheezes and the Memorial Alley Muggleborn Aide Office. So, if you’re asking yourself where you should be on Friday the Second of July, the answer is most definitely “at Club Underground!”

Emcee for the event will be popular wizarding personality Lee Jordan and there will be performances by some of the top names in wizarding music. though the list is being kept as a closely guarded secret, Lorcan d’Eath has announced that he plans to be in attendance as have several members of the Weird Sisters! Of course, most importantly, there will be an auction with items donated from some of the most popular shops in Diagon. There are even rumours that several dates with celebrities will be auctioned off throughout the night.

The queue for the event begins at seven in the evening, and the cover charge is 5 galleons. All proceeds from the cover and from the auction, of course, will be donated to the Muggleborn Aide Office to help fund their ongoing projects.

Weasley Wizard Wheezes Announces New Line of Journals
Paulette Freesome

Known not only for their own impressive products but also for vast improvements on the floundering products of others, Weasley Wizard Wheezes has released a new line of journals attached to the popular wizarding journal network.

“We used to use them all the bloody time,” said proprietor Fred Weasley, “now it’s all trash and advertisements. I know there may be some bad memories attached to them, but there was a time when they were dead useful. And, more importantly, fun!”

The new journals, which come in a variety of psychedelic designs of shifting colours, are the Weasley’s attempt to revitalize the once popular communication network. Some, however, are hesitant to switch to the newest model.

“I’ve used my journal every day since 1997,” said Flourish & Blotts customer Lorraine Zendel, “I don’t see any reason to get a new fancy one.”

Ministry Enforces Greater Safety Strictures
Betty Braithwaite

This morning the Ministry of Magic released the latest in a series of public notices outlining their ongoing efforts to heighten the safety standards of the Wizarding World.

While the list of changes is quite lengthy, and in large part simply emphasizes the enforcement of already existing laws, there were a number of changes that may see upstanding citizens sleeping a bit easier in their beds at night.

As the blatant and purposeful recent attacks against long-time Gringott's patrons shows, the Wizarding World has long been too dependent on Goblins. )

Tragic Deaths in Surrey
Betty Braithwaite

Saturday evening, a peaceful family was struck by horror and tragedy. The Selwynn family, long time supporters of the Ministry of Magic, frequent donators to the Ministry's many charitable endeavors, and vocal advocates of wizarding rights were brutally murdered in their own homes.

Neighbors expressed shock and outrage at the act, citing their neighbors as peaceful, friendly people who had never caused offense to anyone who met them. "Mrs. Selwynn made me a pie when my son was in Mungo's," one neighbor laments of the eldest Mrs. Selwynn. "She was always so friendly."

While official investigation reports have yet to be announced, sources within the Auror department claim that known supporters of Undesirable #1, Harry James Potter, were seen in the area, and reportedly had threatened the younger Mr. Selwynn on a previous occasion. An anonymous source also claims that Potter himself was seen fleeing the area.

More on this story as the details are released, but the hearts and best wishes of the Daily Prophet staff go out to friends and extended family of the Selwynn's, and wish them the best in this time of grief.

Banking Disaster Blamed On Rebelling Goblin
Betty Braithwaite

Pureblood witches and wizards, many among the elite of wizarding society, are still feeling the financial ramification of this week’s confusion at Gringotts bank. After days of wondering, waiting, and calling for the perpetrator’s of this week’s vicious denial of their rightful possession of their own fortunes, witches and wizards can finally rest easy.

While Gringotts management was unwilling to release the name of the goblin responsible, sources inside the Ministry have confirmed that a goblin called Griphook, a senior manager at Gingotts, was to blame for the heinous act against.

Griphook himself has not been found for questioning in the matter, but a note has been released that is purported to have been written by the goblin. In this note, Griphook cites outrageous claims against the Ministry of Magic and against wizardkind in general, and calls on goblins, apparently, to rebel. One can only hope that no other goblins take up Griphook's insane plight.

As of this morning, Gringotts has reported that the ensuing confusion has been corrected, and that all witches and wizards should have access once more to their vaults.

Quidditch Quarrels
Betty Braithwaite

Quidditch has long been a standard in the wizarding world, and British teams boast some of the most skilled and dedicated athletes in the world. The sport is a safe haven for families to take their children as a form of entertainment and family outings, and players are held to the highest standards.

In recent years, however, there have been increasing concerns about the moral decline in players, who serve as role models to so many young wizards. "You can't just bring your son to the matches anymore, can you?" one longtime fan asked during a recent interview. "The sort of players that take to the Pitch now - they attract the worst sorts of fans, and I just don't want to expose my son to that."

Her concerns are echoed by many. In just the most recent and blatant display, the Wimbourne Wasps, a team whose starting lineup has been recently in talks for increased salaries, despite spotty play records and the coaches' desire to shake up the team's performance by ending a number of contracts, staged a blatant political stunt. In what was said to be a bid on behalf of muggleborn wizards, the team refused to take the air for their most recent match against the well-regarded Caerphilly Catapults. Instead, the team, dressed in scanty and blatantly scandalous clothing and bearing signs with vulgar slogans, paraded onto the Pitch and staged a sit in. "Quite frankly, no one knew what it was they were trying to accomplish," one baffled viewer told the Prophet. "There were a half dozen wizards there who'd already gone through the Ministry's checkpoint, and were trying to tell them that it was a matter of safety for everyone that the Ministry was cracking down, but they just wouldn't listen. If you ask me, it was all just a play for a bit of free press. The Wasps are starting to sink as low as the Cannons, these days."

He wasn't alone in this view. While the Catapults acted with dignity and retired the field with apologies to their fans, the Wasps refused to go, nearly inciting a riot when a stray bludger they'd taken onto the Pitch hit a young onlooker, who was rushed to St. Mungo's for Healing. The ploy may have won them attention, but it lost them not just the match, but an additional 100 points from their record, as decided by the head of the Department of Magical Games and Sports.

"This kind of behavior won't be tolerated," representatives of the Wasps told us. As of this printing, four of the six starting players for the Wasps had been released from their contracts and disbarred from the Quidditch Association, with the fate of the remaining players uncertain. The released players could not be reached for comment.

Disappointed fans who had to leave the stadium without seeing the match told us that they were glad for the ruling, and hoped that it would help bring standards back to the League.

Home Destroyed, Family Missing
Betty Braithwaite

The home of Xenophilius Lovegood, editor of The Quibbler and longtime friend of many here at The Daily Prophet, was found completely demolished yesterday when friends went to call on the eccentric household name. The home was near the village of Ottery St. Catchpole, and Xenophilius and his daughter Luna resided there but have not been seen in several days. Friends fear the worst.

"It was just a mess of rubble," said elderly neighbor Theodocia Feelius, "can't see how anyone would have survived that."

It has also been confirmed that Miss Lovegood did not return to Hogwarts for the start of term, held back by her father who, no doubt, dreaded her return to a school which knowingly flaunts Ministry regulations and which harbors dangerous fugitives with our children.

Neighbors report a group of feral looking teenagers approaching the house early on the morning that it was destroyed, and from their descriptions the fugitives Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley, and Hermione Granger have added this to the long list of attacks and destructive events they are responsible for. If anyone sees these three, currently labeled by the Ministry as Undesireables Number One, Two, and Three respectively, they should be immediately detained by any means necessary until the proper authorities are summoned.

Protective Decree Number Three

The newly created Muggleborn Registration Commission has expressed concerns that many so-called 'muggleborn' witches and wizards have expressed a desire to not identify themselves to the Ministry and the Commission. This subversive behavior should be seen as an attempt to usurp the power of the Ministry of Magic by avoiding Protective Decree Number Two, and could also be considered as evidence as to their guilt on the question of magical power obtained by theft.

All witches and wizards should be on alert in this matter of grave importance. If you have neighbours or acquaintances whom you believe are Muggleborn and are avoiding the summons to appear at the Ministry of Magic for questioning, you are required to report them to the Muggleborn Registration Commission.
