Who: Estella Rosier, Kira Rackharrow & the Johnson family
What: Snatching a troublesome goblin
When: Late evening, early morning - before the sun rises
Where: The Johnson household
Rating/Warning: PG13, maybe more.
Estella Rosier did not fair well with animals. Throughout her childhood, her grandmother had often bought home a kneazle or a cat of some kind in hopes of giving the only child something to play with. Although Estella did not do so on purpose (or so she says), the animal was often found injured or disappeared entirely. If it was lucky, it was the latter. History with animals such as this, Estella found that this mission she was sent on was not going to bode well in her favor.
At this moment, her sleeves pushed up past her elbows and her wand in between her teeth, Estella was doing her best to force herself through a small window of a very unlucky household.
"Bloody fucking goblins," she muttered quietly, her speech not quite as lady-like as she generally liked to sound. "Why didn't the spell work?"
She had spent the last few minutes trying to get in through the back door, an option she thought would be simple. She hadn't counted on the lock being trickier than something Alohamora couldn't get past. Before knocking it down with something more powerful, she had taken the advice to try a different entrance from Kira. She had been grateful that Bella had let her work with someone she actually liked, this time.
After another push, Estella found herself inside the home in which the goblin was hiding. She put her hands on her hips as she looked around. It was dark, but the moon let in enough light to give Estella a basic sense of her surroundings.
After another moment, she moved to the back door and unlatched the lock. She pulled open the door with a triumphant grin.
"Success-" she paused as she moved out of the way for Kira. "Well, partly. Now let's get that vile creature."
