Shaking her head, Verity smiled. "You're lucky I'm easy," she responded, not even attempting to correct what she'd said. "We can just get takeaway and come back here, if you like?" Even though she'd never had a real Valentine's Day before, with a dimly lit restaurant and chocolate covered strawberries and all the clichés, she didn't quite mind.
