Who: Padma Patil, Justin Finch-Fletchley When: Wednesday evening. Where: Out on the grounds. What: Date? Rating: TBA Open/Closed: Closed
It was most definitely a date this time, Padma had decided. Though then she wondered if that was presumptuous. But he'd sent her a necklace, and. . . well it was a date. She was sure of it.
She'd worn the earrings and necklace Justin gave her, and pinned her hair back so they showed, taking a little more care than she usually did. She'd even put on some of Parvati's pink lipgloss, but then decided she looked. . . well too pink. Somehow, that looked better on her twin than it did on her.
It was the middle of the week, so they couldn't really go into Hogsmeade. It was a nice night out though. Still cold, but no real biting winds, and the skies were clear. They could walk a little, until they got cold, and then go inside. It wasn't really a very elaborate idea, as far as dates went - but Padma didn't really have much experience trying to invent things to do when you couldn't leave school.
She just hoped she didn't start babbling about grim topics or Charms, again tonight.
Padma waited just inside the castle doors, fidgeting with her coat a little and looking around every so often for Justin. She knew he'd come - he wasn't the kind of boy who would break a date. (Even if it hadn't been a real date. Which it was! She was sure!) He was kind and sweet. Mostly she was just worried because she'd seen Peeves lurking, and she really didn't want a snowball to the face tonight.
