He could not help but agree with Patricia's comment on the Minister, laughing a bit as a response. The war was bad enough, and Eric thought a child that played with army figurines was likely more capable of running the U.K. and the war the wizarding world faced. Additionally, as uncomfortable as Eric was around children, at least they did not lie. Eric grew tired of trying to figure out what was a lie and what was not—though he could attribute a lot of the problem to The Daily Prophet.
Eric raised an eyebrow, "you did not stick your foot in your mouth, though I must discern all white people do not look alike. If you indulge yourself a bit and check into muggle literature, your statement would have been true a long time ago. However, with evolution and racial mixing, yadda yadda... diversity among the human race is at a high." With a bit of a knowing smirk, Eric kept his attention on the stranger as he ate his chips.
