Estella had never known any other way of life. Since she was a young child, she had been thrust into her grandfather's and her late-father's way of life and their beliefs. She wasn't sure if she would know how to handle any other way of life. She smiled brightly, finding it quite funny that she'd kept such a secret from her grandmother for so long. Though just how important Estella's little charms happened to be were also kept secret from her grandfather.
"I'm the only one here," she said, the idea of being the only child and the only grandchild something that she often mulled over. "They don't have any other way to fill their time. I only consider myself lucky my grandmother is much more fun than my mother."
