Pansy paused in the act of polishing her nails and looked at Melinda for a few moments as her brain tried to process exactly what had been said - and what hadn't.
"Other plans?" she echoed slowly with a tilt of her head. "I think you should fill me in on what you've heard. If you don't mind Melinda."
If Melinda was telling her, then that meant it was common knowledge. And that stung more than anything. That everyone knew her private business...except her.
