Meghan wasn't thinking about Penny. Not remotely. Not in the slightest. Then again, Meghan knew not to worry about Penny walking back in on them anytime soon. She'd caught her expression, she'd seen through her excuses. Penny had left to give them this opportunity and she knew they'd be lucky (or, well, unlucky) to see her again before morning.
Not that she was going to be opposed if this led to having to move away from the sofa and into his room. But Meghan definitely wasn't thinking about Penny or much of anything else that didn't involve keeping her lips pressed to Oliver's. The kiss had been a long time coming and she was focused on enjoying it.
The kiss deepened a little more and Meghan's fingers threaded in his hair as she hummed approvingly against his lips. This was very, very nice. Later, she'd definitely remember to thank her best mate for her fortuitous, if transparent, exit.
