Justin nodded, more than willing to hang out with her and wait for a little while. He was generally easygoing, anyway, and he certainly didn't hate the idea of conversing with Padma for a little while.
He took a seat as she moved over to make room, answering her question with a smile. "It's been brilliant," he informed her. "Nice to catch up with my old friends. It's strange, though. I almost forget they're not magical and I have to catch myself before I say anything I shouldn't."
He didn't feel awkward at all, but his smile did falter slightly as she pointed out how unusually empty Diagon was and he nodded his head. "It's strange," he agreed. He didn't like it and he shifted a little closer, almost protectively, without really being conscious of the action.
