Protective Decree Number Four

It is a punishable offense to hide or harbour any so-called 'muggleborn' witches and wizards who are attempting to avoid registration. Those found to be guilty will be stripped of their wands and of any titles, and will be subject to fines and penalties including a length of time in Azkaban to be decided by the Muggleborn Registration Commission. All witches and wizards should be on alert in this matter of grave importance. You are required to report any suspcted muggleborns to the Muggleborn Registration Commission.
