When Tonks heard the knock, she cast the spell that opened the double doors and allowed Hestia admittance. She wanted to think she might be wrong, that all of this was some horrible nightmare that would go away if she ignored it long enough, but that was what had gotten her into this mess in the first place, wasn't it?

She was fucked. Utterly and royally fucked.

Also what had gotten her into this in the first place.

"Hestia!" she said, relief clear in her voice as she went to hug her mate. "So bloody good to see you. I had the house elves send up some food to my quarters if you're peckish."
