Although fast asleep, Theo still responded to his name being said, hearing it even though it was a whisper. He didn't say anything, didn't even turn his head, but he stopped still where he was, head bowed, hair falling in a curtain around his face... until he started moving again, unhurried, somehow timid even, making his way over to the side of the room where the door was and turning to slide down and sit on the floor, propped up beside a cupboard.
He sat there a moment before he brought his knees up almost to his chin, tucked his head down and put his hands over his head, seemingly falling back to sleep in that tucked over protective position, breathing evenly.
