"You know, I think a disturbing number of people would actually come to that party." Percy had done a good job in recent years of alienating people, from what she understood. This last thing was just icing on that cake, enough to push Meghan and Penny both to the point of being just as angry with him. How could he? Maybe there was an explanation, but with Penny so hurt, Meghan just wasn't in a spot to hear it right now.

"I'm brilliant to have around, she corrected, flashing a grin at her best friend and trying to help her divert her attentions away from the stupid decrees and Percy's involvement in it all. If Penny wanted to talk about it, Meghan was definitely there for her, but if she didn't, that was alright, too. She was just as happy to distract her.

"I bet we could get the twins to whip something up for us," she thought out loud a little. Vengeance against Percy for being a prat? She was sure Fred and George would be up for that. "Or we could just rig up a Muggle dartboard and throw those dart things at his face. That could be fun."
