"Weird how?" Alfie didn't like the sound of that. He was terrified to owl his dad, but he didn't think he'd like getting weird owls from him any better. The hand that wasn't holding Julien's came up and rubbed at the back of the other boy's neck - and it wasn't shaking anymore, but he barely notice. Something about having Julien to take care of at least calmed him down enough to stop shivering.
