Other than covering the required material for NEWT's and OWL's, you'll be free to set your own lessons. I can offer you all my years of course notes, of course, but you needn't feel obligated to use them. However well tested and expertly administered they might have been." She smiled slightly, teasing. Minerva made a vague sort of gesture. "Whatever best suits you. The Hogwarts elves are available to help you settle in. I'd prefer you were settled inside the castle before the students arrive, but beyond that it's up to you. Any teaching supplies you'd like to have you'll need to have listed out before the start of classes."
