She grinned a little as he moved to sit by her and she stretched her feet out a little until they nudged against his leg, and she burrowed her feet under to get them warmer faster. It was a natural little movement and she didn't think much of it, already warming to the discussion, giving him a little glare. "That's just fluff. I'm well aware they aren't serious literature you know. That's part of the appeal. I spend hours doing homework and reading serious things for school. It's nice to relax and read something silly and light that doesn't require me to think much about it." She pointed the book at him, waving it a bit. "It's the story, you see. Sure, it's formulated, and they're all essentially the same. But the predictability of it is part of the comfort. Witch meets Wizard. Wizard is obnoxious big jerk. Witch despairs of him and falls in love anyways, Wizard realizes he can't live without her, something tries to tear them apart, which they overcome together, professing their undying, loyal love for each other and live happily ever after."
