Julien shook his head and held out a hand like that would stop the images of what could have happened playing in his head. "Alfie, please." he said, his tone pleading. "I can't think about that... please..." He looked back at Alfie and then lowered his hand to grasp the Hufflepuff's elbow briefly, like he was reassuring himself that Alfie was okay.
