A smile that could speak on so many more levels, than any words that Susan could find curled across her lips. Hearing from Hermione that what she was doing helped even a little bit made Susan feel a little better. It was a horrible feeling -- being helpless -- that a lot of the times Susan would do anything within her power to help whoever with whatever she could.
While Susan wasn't as close to Hermione as she was with Hannah, there was that mutual friendship. She always got along with her, and while other girls would get annoyed with her "know-it-all" personality, Susan admired Hermione for knowing so much.
"Well, I am just glad that I can help, Hermione. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask, I would be more than willing to help." Once again that smile brightened her features.
"How is Harry handling Professor Hagrid's death? I know they were very close."
