"Oh." Susan looked up from her papers as what Hermione said actually sank into her brain. Why was she using Moody's name in the past tense? A look of concern washed over her face, as her head tilted to the side. "What do you mean that's what he always 'said'?" Frowning slightly, Susan wasn't one to push someone for information, but the way that Hermione was acting, and her reaction to hearing Moody made Susan a little more than concerned.
"This isn't just about Wizard's who have found Unforgivable Curses, is it?" Susan didn't know exactly what made her say that, but everything was just starting to make sense -- and get completely confusing all at once. Professor Dumbledore's retirement, her Aunt's death, Hermione wanting to go through Amelia's things, and now using Moody's name in the past tense? Normally, Susan would over look such things, but coming from Hermione, a perfectionist by default. Such a slip like using "said" instead of "says" wasn't common unless something was up. Susan wasn't angry, don't get her wrong, she was just concerned for her friend, and all her friends.
