Re: Mandy, Viktor and Open
"Well," he began, sounding slightly hesitant, "I did not make it into the department I had hoped, but my job is okay," he said, sounding not completley convincing.
"I miss the pitch," he confided, "But I have to stay away for this season," and he turned to her, "You enjoy Quidditch then? Do you play yourself, Miss Mandy? Perhaps you want to play for Ireland?" he said, now teasing her slightly, "No, I will not be offended by that choice. I would play for Ireland, at the moment. I would play for anyone, if I could. But I must take things slowly, and let myself heal."
He was grinning slightly now and shook his head, "At Durmstrang, things are organized differently," and he turned to look up at the looming towers of Hogwarts, "I like the way this school is organized. If things had been different, I would have liked to have come here," and he turned his head to her again, smiling, "Ravenclaw? The house with the colors blue? I am curious, what are Ravenclaws like? I know a few Gryffindors, and I have met some Slytherins but I do not think I know anyone from your house."
