Re: Mandy, Viktor and Open
Viktor frowned slightly, "Was it necessary to be in trouble to speak with him? I did not realize," he said as he pondered the idea, his expression still serious, "I myself spoke with him only a few times while at Hogwarts, and he always seemed very amiable and open to interactions with students."
Viktor's rs rolled slightly with his accent as he spoke. He turned his head as they walked, moving to keep pace with her at her side and giving her his attention. She was nice looking he thought, but it took more than just a pretty face to catch his eye. He had been drawn to Hermione for different reasons; this girl too seemed open and friendly and Viktor wondered if she was in Gryffindor and knew Hermione. He wanted to ask her out right but thought it would be prudent to wait.
"I met your late headmaster when I was here at school for my last year of education. It was during the Tri-Wizard Tournament," he said, pausing slightly to see if she remembered that time, "I am Viktor Krum, one of the candidates. I represented Durmstrang. I..," and he paused, and some of his seriousness softened, "I was a Quidditch player then."
