Wayne had been stressing himself to the limit in the past few weeks. Classes were more challenging by the day. Learning a new position in Quidditch practice was physically taxing. Sleep at night was harder to come by, thanks to strange dreams. All in all, Wayne was starting to feel like an Inferi, wandering the halls of Hogwarts because it didn't know any better.

Transfiguration homework was on the docket for the night, and Wayne had piled up several old tomes and grimoires in front of himself, with the goal of digging through and finding something to stun the class and earn a high mark. Unfortunately, within a few moments of opening the first book, he was bent over the table, using the book as a pillow, with a small trail of saliva trailing from the corner of his open mouth...
