Daphne had no intentions of going down stairs in the condition she was in. While she might be in a less than normal mindset, Daphne was still knowledgeable that the condition she was in was not meant to be seen by the rest of the school. It was all ready hard to predict what kind of state of mind she would be in the morning. Gaze finally broke from the stars to look at Nikolas as he suggested they play cards. It's been a while since she played any card games, when she was younger she used to sneak exploding snap cards under Sebastian's pillow at night just to see him scream in terror as they erupted from beneath his pillow. Her grandmother used to teacher her a few muggle card games that she learned through her travels, but that was as far as her knowledge for card games went. Blue eyes managed to finally focus on Nikolas, as she shrugged.
"I know a few games, I'm a bit rusty, haven't played in a long time. What games do you know?" A finely sculpted brow arched slightly. Was this really what they were reduced to? Playing card games on the Astronomy tower as they tried to sober up? Daphne couldn't believe herself.
Shifting her legs slightly, Daphne got a little more comfortable on the floor. Her skirt was probably all wrinkled at this point, and her robes were discarded half way across the room completely forgotten about.
