He laughed at her statement, shaking his head in amusement. “Oh yeah, total rubbish. Definitely why we get on so well. I can’t imagine getting on so well with someone who isn’t.” Mandy amused him almost every time they talked. For that matter he couldn’t even remember a time that he’d ever really been mad at her. He figured he had to have been at some point, but all the good times simply outweighed them and so none came to mind. “I’ll keep in mind that you warned me and give you the rights to tell me that if I start whining too much.”
So that was how she wanted to play it then. Michael had no problems with that. It was more then his competitive side though that was pushing him to go through with it and so not stopping to think about it he hooked a leg through hers to help shift their positions. His arms unwound from her waist to come to land on the ground beneath them to keep himself up and off of her enough to not squash her into the ground. “See? I won.” His grin was rather boyish and had a flirty tinge to it as he gazed down at Mandy now rather then up.
