The moment his hand caught her wrist there was a slight flicker in her dark gaze. She could feel her heart quicken instantly from the contact and Alecto was tempted to pull her hand back. Instead, a low growl came from her, and she pulled her hand towards her body once it was finally released. Watching him roll out of bed, a mischievous smirk curled on her lips. "Good, at this hour, it should be a thrilling surprise for him."
Giggling, the woman crawled across his bed to glance over his shoulder at the mask on the chair, "Bring it, you know how pretty you look in it." Brushing past him as she climbed to her feet, she moved to the foot of his bed to grab her cloak from the floor.
"This shouldn't take too long, love." Clasping the cloak around her neck once more, fingers ran over the lining the material seeking out one of the numerous hidden pockets on the cloak. Pulling out a pair of black gloves, she tugged them over her elbows and reached back into the pocket to pull out her own silver mask, newly polished to catch the dim flicker of light in his room. "Besides, it's been so long since we have been out." Crimson red lips pulled into a perpetual smirk as she looked at him once more.
