Letting Audrey get back up to speed, Sam watched the wonderful, dreamy expression that was plastered on the other girl's face. She was thoroughly convinced that she could spend the whole night kissing her. "Oh, yeah," Sam rolled her eyes at Aud's comment. "I'm sure you did."
Taking the other girl's hand, Sam led her over to a clear spot, settling down on the grass with her back against a tree. Laying the guitar down, Sam unzipped the case and pulled the instrument into her lap gently. She strummed a few times, picking a song in her head before she settled into the tune.
