Demelza beamed at Evie for the other girl's approval of her outfit. She had picked out more-or-less the only yellow thing in her wardrobe specifically for Evie, although she had plenty of things in blue.

"Not taking credit for things is a Hufflepuff trait, is it?" Demelza said, rolling her eyes at Evie's mentioning the other helpers. "I'm sure it's not Slytherin," she continued with an eye on Evie's outfit. "Though it's not very Gryffindor either." Demelza paused for a moment.

"I think the whole point of the party has succeeded," she announced, "I have discovered that Gryffindors and Slytherins have something in common!"
