Gretchen didn't frequent Diamond, she and Trevor had memberships but they were generally only here for business. It was a rather highbrow place and Trev was a lot of things but highbrow wasn't one of them. The few occasions she'd gone past the main room had been strictly business related, so while she tried to act as if she knew what to expect, in reality she had no idea what lay upstairs.
They came onto a landing and Gretch gripped Nat's arms, walking her backwards and pressing her against the wall. She didn't have to raise up on her toes to snog Natalie, something she would've had to do with Trevor, even with the almost perilously tall heels she was wearing. She liked that, but didn't like that Trev kept cropping up in her thoughts and kissed Nat deeply, trying to push her partner out of her mind.
