"No!" Natalie set her glass down forcefully, gesticulating widely at Gretchen's response. She'd had this conversation, debate, whatever you wanted to call it, with Roman already and she still couldn't see any side but hers. It didn't matter that they were close or not, simply that the make up of his family included a sister he barely knew she felt deserved a mention at least once in their years of friendship. She was adopted and while her parents were, in her mind, firmly her parents no questions asked that didn't mean he didn't know she was adopted.
