"Cheers," Gretchen crossed the kitchen and helped herself to a mug of the coffee that Verity had made before settling at the table, swinging her feet up onto a chair beside her. Verity was still looking at her, little glances in between moving the bacon around, and she ran a hand through her hair, hoping to tame the tangled mess she knew it was, then shrugged, not really caring all that much. It wasn't her fault that Trevor liked to pull her hair.
She took a long sip of her coffee, smiling at the other woman appreciatively and more warmly than she had in the past. Circumstances meant vast changes in Gretch's attitude and having what smelled like a delicious breakfast spread after spending the night having been thoroughly fucked put her in an excellent mood. "Trev's still sleeping," she said, after another moment and grinned wickedly across the kitchen at his cousin. "I say we leave him to it. More bacon for us!"
