Blaise had grown tired of essays, professors, and giggling third year girls. He had been sulking in his room for a few days, although he would never admit to 'sulking' but it was just the same.
Grabbing a random book from his trunk, he left the dorm and walked down the stairs. His school shirt was unbuttoned a bit and he had tossed his tie aside. He still looked perfectly presentable but to anyone who knew Blaise, he was a bit less dressed than normal. He saw Pansy and Draco occupying the spot by the fire and he nearly turned around. No, he thought, he was not shunning them and he wouldn't start now.
"Draco. Pansy." he said in a half greeting before sitting in one of the arm chairs and leaning back casually. He held the book loosely and stared at the two Slytherins. The pair seemed intent yet not on whatever Draco had been reading. "Quidditch?" he asked resuming a practised casual pose. He hoped all of those annoying giggling lower year girls would stay away so he could have some quiet time.
