Zacharias reached out quickly, to loop an arm around Merlin's waist, drawing him back down to the bed. "Sit. You're not quite in any shape to go anywhere yet," he instructed, making sure that Merlin was indeed sitting before he let go of him.
"You don't have to do anything to make up for things. No harm no foul," he said with a shrug of his shoulders. The vomit on the floor was now gone, and so really, there wasn't anything that needed apologizing for. Sleeping on the sofa wasn't his favourite of activities, but one night hadn't killed him.
"Stay there. I'm going to get you some water," he said, and he got up and went into the kitchen. But didn't end up getting water. Instead, he took a few minutes and put together tea and toast (something even he could manage), and brought it into the bedroom. "Here. Eat this so I won't have to worry about you passing out from hunger."
