All anxiety and nervousness about her choice of clothing went away when she saw what Marcus was wearing. Susan wasn't typically so self conscious about her clothing, but that was usually because she could predict what was the appropriate attire. In this case, it wasn't until Marcus was walking into her store that she knew what she picked out was appropriate.
A shy smile curled on her lips as he complimented her, glancing down at her dress and down to her heels, her shy smile turned into a broad smirk. "Thank you very much. You look rather brilliant yourself." Placing her arm within his, she nodded, "That's fine. I think I would rather apparate than take the floos. I don't think these shoes would last through the floo." Glancing over her shoulder and then down to her feet, she shot Marcus another tiny smile.
"By the by, where are we going?" It was one of the more prominent thoughts in her mind since the thought of her clothing wasn't there anymore. Susan didn't know much about Marcus, so she was at a bit of a loss as to what to assume with him.
