Protective Decree Number Five
All magically adept youth of school age must complete their education at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry once it has been begun therein. Magical students may not, of their own prerogative, opt to leave Hogwarts until such a time as their education is adequately completed or they have been removed by the Headmaster or Headmistress due to disciplinary charges. |
