The apparation had her feeling a bit dizzy after but she leaned against his side to steady herself. The warmth of his body made her feel particularly content and she probably could have walked all over London with him if her feet didn't ache already from the pumps she wore.
Emma shot him a glance as they walked, head tilting. He didn't look thirty-two and she didn't feel like there was this huge gap of years between them. Merlin, she was sure her mother would notice at once until she mentioned 'rock star' to her.
"Oh it's lovely," she murmured as they stepped in. It felt incredibly welcoming and she tried not to cringe at the girl's singing and when others greeted him she wondered if the muggles knew just how famous he actually was. She watched the girl step down the stage after her piece and she paused to cheer with the others for her, offered a dazzling smile too.
