One thing Su had made sure she wrote in very large letters in her agenda for this week was Dean's opening show.  Though she had never been close with him in any respect, she had sat for him a few months ago and this seemed a good way to support his efforts.  It also seemed that the show might afford a chance to run into a few people she had lost touch with over the years.  Dean had been in her year, after all, and he probably ran with an entirely different crowd than she had.  In all, Su had high hopes for this occasion to prove very interesting.

Prospero's Muse had not been difficult to find, and when she entered it was to be greeted by an already well-established crowd.  There was a constant hum of low chatter, at times broken up by a burst of laughter or an exclamation of amusement.  She almost immediately spotted a table near one of the walls, spread with finger foods and a few glasses of wine.  Deciding that it wouldn't due to start this venture into the world of art on an empty stomach, Su saunter over the the wine table, keeping an eye out for the host or any other notable attendees.
