"Well, I'm glad I'm not interrupting anything important," he joked, surveying the room as he entered. "This looks great, cherie. The pictures are beautiful."
He went to the wall and looked at an array of photographs in a large collage frame and smiled at the sight of himself and Fleur with a newborn Victoire.
"This is significantly better than the last time I was in this office," he said. "The professor when I was here had a huge elk head there."
He indicated the spot now occupied by a cabinet above the kitchenette counter.
"Should we call a house elf for lunch? If you ask especially nice, they'll make you something special. They're good at egg-mayonnaise sandwiches, if I remember correctly. Or prawn salad, if you like."
