Of course thinking about her lack of using her wand made her realize she should probably get it out and practice certain spells. Like cleaning spells. She was certain she was going to need to become quite adept at them. She knew what sort of messes little kids could make an in a mass there would be that much more to clean. Plus the whole point of a magical daycare center would be so that they could continue to be exposed to magic through the day.
"Oh my is a good way of putting it." She could only imagine wearing something like that sweater as a dare. Or maybe on Halloween if she wanted to dress as a kid. It was definitely something a young girl would wear. Which of course made her wince at the thought of what a fashion nightmare she'd probably been as a child. Not that she was a big fashion guru now or anything, but she made an effort.
"What about...," she trailed off as she dug through the bin herself, only glancing up when he pulled out a gray one. It looked nice. Her attention turned back to the bin though and she wrapped her fingers around the arm of a soft feeling blue sweater. This blue was deeper, coming close to navy, but felt absolutely amazing. She grinned once she'd pulled it safely from all the others and noticed that it was the right size as well.
She wiggled it out toward him, grinning the entire time. "Feel this one. It looks nice, but it feels absolutely amazing." She liked being tactile and she absolutely adored clothes that she could wear and pet all at once. Plus it felt like it would be quite warm, perhaps a winter sweater though instead of a fall.
Food, while sounding amazing, could at least wait until they were done here. It wouldn't do to leave now when they had yet to see everything. They might miss something! Of course it was about that time that her attention got snagged by a pretty light pink top with sleeves and designs on it in silver. "Ooo, nice." She grabbed it and pulled it close, inspecting it for any defects.
