Stephanie Mariana Clarity Fawcett is quirky. (impermanence) wrote in wished,
As soon as he kissed her back, Stephanie lost all her inhibitions. Perhaps she kept it to herself and barely let herself entertain the idea, but Stephanie had been a little bit in love with Stephen since the first time she met him all those years ago.
She gasped softly against his lips when he gripped her hips, smirking momentarily when he pulled her down. Her breathing was choppy when she was breathing at all. She knew right then that she couldn't live without this again now. It would be impossible, torturous. She ached to have his hands on her skin.
She could taste that smokey flavor in his mouth, the alcohol too, but also something that was just him. It was something addictive and masculine and bitterly sweet. She really hadn't had a world of experience with men, but this was by far the best. Nothing else could ever compare.
Exploring his lips, his mouth, she just pressed herself closer when he held her face there in his hands, molding the delicate curves of her body to the lines of his. Stephanie couldn't get close enough to him. One hand drifted across the line of his jaw, and disappeared into his hair, fingers gentle and yet demanding.
Her other hand momentarily reached up to her own hair where it was tied back loosely. She pulled the hairband out and her hair tumbled gently to her shoulders. Stephanie swept it to one side, but she had a purpose for letting it down. The action had put the scent of blueberries in the air. Stephen loved that scent, she knew.
Kissing him shouldn't ever end, she decided. Time should freeze in this moment and leave her there with him for forever. Nothing else would make her happier than that.
