Emma certainly needed that half hour to get ready. She always said she could be out the door in less than five minutes but these days it took her at least a good half hour to perfect her hair and make-up charms before she felt she could even be seen in public. So, when Rose said to meet in half an hour she was thankful for the time.
Thirty minutes later she was stepping out of the Floo and reaching a manicured hand up to tousle her inky black hair for good measure before letting her eyes sweep over the establishment. She didn't see Rose at first so she went toward the front entrance that lead to the muggle side to wait.
It was awfully stupid but she did have a smidgen of a hope that she'd randomly run into Kirley again, though she hardly thought it was going to happen. Still, a witch could dream.
