"I'm fine. They hit me with a binding hex, but that's all. Shoved a dirty rag in my, but I'm all right." Shuddering at the thought, Susan sighed. She was actually regretting sending word for an auror. The situation was under control, the criminals just had to be carted away. As Ron asked if she knew them, Susan shook her head. "No, I mean, I don't think I do. They were hooded, and I couldn't see their faces, but I didn't recognize their voices." Glancing past Ron and towards the door, she could see how Marcus just unceremoniously dumped them outside.
However, her attention was pulled away from the door when she heard the anger in Marcus' voice. Eyes went wide with shock as she looked back at him. "Please..." She looked between the two men. If they were going to fight and bicker and argue then she was going to have to ask them to leave. This was not productive, pointing fingers and wands at each other. This is actually the last thing Susan wanted to deal with at the moment. She just wanted to get the criminals off her store front, and clean up... and go home. Take a nice long hot soothing bath and forget about this day entirely.
"Ron, I don't think Marcus had anything to do with this. They attacked him as well when he came in." She attempted to be the voice of reason between the two of them. Shooting Marcus a pleading look, almost like she was begging him to calm down, she turned to look at Ron.
"They shot him with some sort of hex, it hit his ear. Ron, he saved me." She repeated, this time with sincerity and honesty in her voice. "The criminals are outside, they're the ones that need to be questioned, not Marcus."
