"Definitely." Eloise followed suit and rolled over to stand. She hoped she hadn't said the wrong thing. Sharing the flat with Wayne sounded like a good idea, and right now she couldn't think of any downsides to it. After all, they had shared a dormitory for seven years, it would hardly be strange. The last few years had taught her, again and again, that rash decisions, no matter how good they seemed at the time, were rarely wise.
So, thought Eloise, she would give this a week, think it out, check her finances. And then, pending any sudden disasters, why not?
"I doubt there is anything as comfy as this mattress," she said offhandedly, giving it an affectionate pat before retrieving her cup and moving toward the door. "If you ever leave your bed I'd be surprised."
