Neville carried her much closer to the water, within feet of it. He put the pram down, and looked at Hannah, "You aren't alone. I'll help. It will be fine," he said, assuring her from some unknown source, remembering his own time at the beach. When he wasn't in the water, he'd be here, at the water's edge. He would spend hours just at the edge, building sand castles and complicated trough systems with water and things. His face brightened as he remembered. It made logical sense that being next to a spot where Olivia would want to be would make it easier.
"An umbrella? I bet I have one in my basket," he said, and he winked at her. He had his basket high up on his arm, and it was a large one, and he reached inside, touching his wand in his pocket and casting a non-verbal transformation spell. He pulled out a longish stick, that was just the length of the basket, a tad longer, and then a second, and he unfolded the first, revealing a decent size umbrella. It wasn't huge because that would have called more attention to it, but as he opened it, Neville cast a small engorgio spell, once, then twice, and it was decent size as he put it up. Someone would have had to be watching them to catch the subtle changes, staring at them, with a ruler in hand. It was smooth, and he put it into the sand and put his hand on the ground, transforming the sand around it into denser material so it would hold.
"There. That's better for you," he said, his eyes grinning at his mischief. He pulled the containers of food out of his basket and then again, pulled out a transformed hand held gardening shovel and trowel, and out came three smallish cups. He wanted to make a larger pail but couldn't think of how to swing it. He thought it best to pretend to find one in the water, so that Olivia would have something to gather water in if she wanted.
