| Anxious didn't begin to cover how Meghan felt right now, the queasiness in her stomach for once having little to do with her morning sickness. Kirley had about flipped out over her just moving in with Ollie and not telling him straight away. How much worse was it going to be when she told him the rest of it? She was glad they were meeting at his flat. For all she'd reassured Ollie on the matter, she was sure this wasn't going to go well and the last thing she wanted her brother to do was to hex her boyfriend in a fit of anger. She was hoping this way she'd be able to calm him down before he could get to Ollie. That was the plan, anyway. Meghan took a few deep, calming breaths as she raised her hand to knock on the door. She could do this. She had to do this. She didn't want to just blurt it out the second she opened the door, though, so she forced her panicked thoughts aside and instead flashed him a big smile. "Heeeey, big brother, I missed you," she greeted him. |
