"In the World Cup? We are doing brilliantly," Neville answered, sounding chipper as he let go of her hand to follow her to the couch, "It's been great to listen to on the radio. I haven't been able to spare the time to get to a match. My time is starting to run out before term starts, you know."
He sat down and gave a contented sigh, "Crops? Well yes, I suppose. This is our third year, working with there particular farmers, so it's more a matter of daily checking the produce quality and what not. Alfie is there at the stand, which has given me time to get things started at Hogwarts. The 1st years have to have the plants at the right age, to keep on top of the curriculum, which means tending them during the summer. Every year actually has their own plants they need, all at different developmental stages, so it just takes some early planning out. Professor Sprout had things started before she left, and some I just planted this week, so it should all go well, in a timely manner."
Neville paused, "But once school starts, then I'm done with most of the produce fetching for Diagon Alley. Alfie will be handling that, and running the cart as well. He'll do fine, I am sure," he said, "And maybe, he might even make some money at it."
