Neville colored again, pleased at her words, and he put spoons in the containers, to allow her to help herself first, "I am glad because I am not too good at this kind of thing. You're actually the first girl I've had over here, other than Gran and I don't think she actually counts. I didn't want you to feel slighted that we aren't sitting across each other, at the opposite ends of a long formal dining table."
He paused, watching her serve herself and following suit, "I've been doing pretty well. I just got the teaching job at Hogwarts, and I am going to be the Gryffindor's Head of House, so things are going good," he paused again, and moved to the table, hoping she would sit down next to him, "I have been supplying Diagon Alley with fresh vegetables and fruits for the last couple of years and that has been a great job," he said, offering more about his life to her.
