"Oh yeah?" she asked curious. "I'm never near out register. And when I am, it takes me forever to figure out how it works alone." Megan let out a little embarrassed laugh. "I'm convinced that's why they keep me in back with the plants." she covered, poking fun at herself a bit.

The last few years had been hard on a lot of people, so she had to learn how to actually enjoy the good things in life, it was one habit that she was happy not to be able to break. Megan's smiled widened at his response about the cat. "Doesn't that always seem to be the way it works?" she admitted. "My dog growing up was the same way. He'd bring us his bowl if we were five minutes late filling it up." Jessie had been a great first pet, and she honestly didn't know why she didn't have anything else but goldfish right now.
