Who: Padma Patil and Delaney Twilfitt
What: Scene Lottery: The Indian national Quidditch Team is in need of new dress robes, ASAP.
Where: Twilfitt and Tatting's
When: Early afternoon

Padma barely blinked when the owl came in. The entire Indian National Quidditch team needed new dress robes because theirs were in an Indian style that wouldn’t be proper for England. Of course something like this would fall to her. And she would deal with it.

She gathered her thoughts, deciding rapidly that the least busy place would be the expensive but classy one. At least they could afford it. She didn’t know if it would pass Parvati’s inspection, but they were needed by seven o’clock, and it was indecently close to that for this much of an expedition.

She owled back to the manager, and quite soon, albeit far too long, after, the entire team was gathered in the Atrium at the Ministry. It didn’t take long for them to get organised, and not ten minutes later, Padma opened the door to Twilfitt and Tatting’s, and ten Quidditch players and several managers and representatives followed her in.

“Hello,” she called into the store, which was mercifully empty apart from them. “I would like to rush order several sets of dress robes,” she pronounced to the nearest employee.

Brushing past the hapless employee - why exactly had she been employed in the first place, anyway? It wasn't as if she was equipped to do much more than sweep the floor - Delaney stood in front of the woman with her best customer service on her face.

She vaguely recognized the woman from school. She'd been the year below Delaney, and a... Gryffindor? Keeping the sneer off her face, Delaney greeted her and her entourage.

"Hello, and welcome to Twilfitt and Tatting's. I'm Delaney Twilfitt, how can I help you?"

Padma was straight to business - calm and collected for all appearances. She didn't have any other option, really. There wasn't enough time, but she could manage.

"Padma Patil, Department of International Magical Cooperation. I need to order ten sets of dress robes, and I'll need them done by seven o'clock at the very latest. Can you manage that?"

Padma was worried by the thought that what if they couldn't - but that was a thought she stopped. One thing at a time, and this was a very rare opportunity. They wouldn't be likely to turn it down.

The name didn't ring a bell, but by the time this Padma person had finished ordering ten sets of dress robes, Delaney didn't care what her name was, just about the enormous amount of money this order was going to earn her.

"Ten, you say?" she replied smoothly, brain whirring into action. "Well, I think, as gauche as it seems, the best way to handle this will be with an assembly line type set up... if you'd like to form your ladies into a line, I'll fix stations, as it were, where they can pick out style and color as they file past - I'll be the measuring station - and I'll set the employees to work putting them together."

Alright yes, ten sets was a stretch, but she'd said she was from the Department of International Magical Cooperation - Delaney had the feeling that if she muffed this order, the resulting publicity would not be favorable.
