That voice! She could recognize that voice anywhere. It was a voice that she learned by heart, the only other voice - aside from her brothers - that could send her heart racing in her chest. A flicker of excitement made those dark eyes illuminate in the candlelight, watching him closely as he pushed his hood back just slightly. She wanted to rip that hood off, but she knew taking a step closer might be fatal. She knew Rabastan was just as unhinged as her, if not more so. Especially now since he was forced into hiding, she knew he didn't do well with hiding, and was quite surprised to learn that he didn't do anything about his appearance to make it easier to go out.
Tracing her tongue over her bottom lip, her suspicions were proven true as his hood fell completely off his head and his identity was revealed. Merlin, she never realized how much she missed him until he was standing right there before her. Lips curled into a smirk as she studied him for a long moment. She remained with her wand poised and aimed at him, this was going to be fun. If Rabastan knew he was looking directly at Alecto he wasn't giving any hints to it, especially since his gaze narrowed and his look was predatory towards her.
"After wearing a hood for so long, one knows the types that wear hoods, rabbit." Her voice was calm and alluring purr, as she lifted her wand, but instead of shooting a hex towards the man, a bright illuminating light flashed from it. The light startled the spiders and sent them scattering away from the two of them before the light died out and left the two of them in the flicker of the candles. The sounds returned to the shop as the spiders went back to their business of being spider-like. The scratching filled the store, along with the sounds of clicking and hissing and the rattling of cages.
"Surprise..." That wheezy giggle came from her lips as she held her arms out to show off her new figure and her new looks. She wasn't stout any more, no sir. The woman had curves, sinful curves that she didn't have to hide behind corsets and bulky skirts with. Her features were softer and far more attractive - in her opinion - than they were before. She looked poised and demure with her new look but still had that "I can rip you apart with my teeth" look as well. It was a look that was both unique to Alecto and new. It was a look that allowed her to walk through the Wizarding world without having to hide.
