He relaxed in his own chair a little, hoping to come off as being at ease. He really wasn’t quite so nervous anymore, but he was still slightly out of his element. Talking about music helped a little though, “I don’t sing often, at least not lead, but I don’t suppose I’m horrid,” he gave a little chuckle and nodded, “You could say that, yeah. Twenty-five years and counting...admitting that aloud makes me feel a little old.” He made a bit of a face, but he was still in good spirits, it didn’t feel that long ago to him, but he supposed it was. He’d been seven when he picked up a guitar for the first time.
He watched her for a moment, but he couldn’t help but notice the way she was eating her ice cream looked...incredibly sexual. Perhaps it was just his mind going down the gutter, or maybe Don was right and he really did need to get laid. It was actually a bit of a relief when she just decided to eat it and be done with it. He smirked a little and nodded, “Isn’t it? I’ve always thought it’s one of the best flavors ever. Cherry and chocolate were just meant to be,” He picked up his own spoon and took a bite, not quite as showy as hers, but she was right, it was delicious.
